Crochet Stitch Pattern # 3

For Crochet Stitch Pattern # 3, we have a semi-closed lace stitch pattern that is beginner friendly and beautiful!

The look is columns of an open scallop crochet stitch pattern.

The stitches used are single crochet, double crochet and chain stitched.

Foundation:  Multiples of 7 + 6

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, *ch 3, sk 3, sc, ch 3, sk 2, sc*, repeat across until 4 st left,  ch 3, sk 3 sc in last ch. 

Row 2: Ch 1, turn,  dc, sk 4, *shell (2 dc + ch 2 + 2 dc + ch 2 + 2 dc) in ch sp, sk 5*, repeat * until 5 st left,  dc in last st.

Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc, ch 3, sk 2, *sc in next ch sp, ch 3, sk 2, sc in next ch sp, ch 3, sk 4*, repeat * until 3 st left,  ch 3, sk 2 sc in last st. 

Repeat rows 2 and 3.
