Crochet Stitch Pattern # 4
Here is another beautiful lace stitch pattern that is fairly beginner friendly. This stitch pattern uses single crochet, double crochet and chain stitches. The look is lovely columns of lace fans over a three row repeat.
Foundation: Multiples of 9 + 2.
Row 1: 2 dc in 2nd ch from hook, *ch 2, sk 2, sc, ch 3, sk 2, sc, ch 2, sk 2, 4 dc*, repeat * until 3 st left, ch 2, sk 2, 2 dc in last st.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, dc, ch 2, dc, *ch 3, sk 3, sc in ch sp, ch 3, sk 3, [dc + ch 2] in next 3 dc, dc in next dc*, repeat * until 2nd to last ch sp has sc, ch 3, sk 3, dc in dc, ch 2, dc in last st.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, dc, ch 3, sk 2, dc in dc, *sk 7, [dc in dc, ch 3, sk 2] 3 times, dc in dc*, repeat * until last fan is completed, sk 7, dc in dc, ch 3, sk 2, dc in last st.
Row 4: Ch 1, turn, 2 dc in 1st st, *ch 2, sc in next ch sp, ch 3, sc in next ch sp, ch 2, 4 dc in next ch sp*, repeat * until sc in last ch sp, ch 2, 2 dc in last st.
Repeat rows 2-4.
